In the morning you rise, open your eyes and think ahead what awaits you that day. Than you get up, wash and dress, set along your morning routine and habits, going about your head, what is that you are to do today and what to prepare. Off you go then, all set and ready, to work or school or the other business that changes as we go.
In the morning you rise, open your eyes and think ahead what awaits you that day. Than you get up, wash and dress, set along your morning routine and habits, going about your head, thoughts influenced by media around you. Off you go then, all set and ready, to work or school or the other business that changes as we go.

But this life… It is not what it used to be. Once upon a time, in another body and mind, you woke up and greeted the sun. You smiled at the earth and spent minutes consciously taking in the air washing through us. You ate the food grown through your hands and energy. You smiled and laughed like a child even when fifty. You danced and twirled with the wind as you went about, barefoot, across this Earth. You learned wisdom without the Internet. You gave and shared knowing that natural law will give it all back. You received and thanked knowing it is only temporary gift of time to have a possession. You knew the importance of loving yourself because how could you not. You are a miracle, a universe, put in a vessel made of bones and blood, energy mix designed to carry your consciousness while you grew and thought by the cycles of karma – the natural law of giving and receiving. You loved yourself and in that love, you loved others because in the end they are just extansion of your own energy, simply separated by bodies and forgetfulness.
So, why do we pretend this doesn’t exist and stumble around the rat race, concerning our thoughts with unnecessary topics, spending our energy mindlessly and dieing in unknowingness? Time changes everything and so it does the mindset of whole nations, finding the best one in which makes you grow and learn. Hopefully, we all learn that before we leave this life.

Currently drinking tea and eat delicious pastries in a wonderful London, city of history and culture, in the Richoux…

Have a lovely day,
Love
